This Privacy Policy explains how Fortress Siding LLC, doing business as Sanctum Spaces (“Sanctum Spaces,” “we,” “us” or “our”), collects, uses and shares information about you when you visit sanctum-spaces.com or naples.sanctum-spaces.com (the “Site”), fill out a form, book a consultation, or communicate with us by phone, text message or email.

- Contact details such as your name, phone number and email address.
- Project details you choose to share, such as the room you are planning, your property address, photos, measurements and timing.
- Scheduling details when you book a phone consult or design consult, such as the date and time you select.
- Communication records, including messages you send us and your text-messaging consent choices.
- Billing details if you become a customer, such as invoice and payment records. Card and bank details are processed by our payment providers, not stored on our Site.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider and the tools embedded on the Site automatically receive basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and the date and time of your visit. Our form and scheduling tools may use cookies or similar technologies to work properly. We do not currently use advertising pixels or third-party analytics on the Site.

Text messaging and mobile information
If you provide your mobile number and check a consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Sanctum Spaces. There are two separate consents:
- Non-marketing messages about consultations, proposals, appointments, project updates and other customer care communications.
- Marketing messages such as special offers, promotions and news from Sanctum Spaces.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. - Service providers that help us run our business, under agreements that limit how they use your information. These include:
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), for our website forms, scheduling, customer records, email and text messaging;
- JobNimbus, for project management and scheduling;
- QuickBooks (Intuit), for estimates, invoicing, payments and accounting;
- Vercel, which hosts the Site;
- Google, which provides the fonts used on the Site; and
- telecommunications carriers that deliver our calls and text messages.
- Project partners, such as subcontractors and suppliers, when needed to complete work you have hired us to do.
- Professional advisors, such as accountants, attorneys and insurers.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of Sanctum Spaces, our customers or others.
- Business transfers, if our business is reorganized, sold or merged, subject to this Policy.
The text-messaging opt-in data and consent described above are never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Cookies
The form and scheduling tools embedded on the Site may set cookies needed for them to work, such as remembering your selections. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features, like booking a consult, may not work correctly without them.
How long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to you, complete and support your project, and meet our legal, tax, warranty and record-keeping obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Access, correction and deletion: contact us to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it or to delete it. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
Children’s privacy
