These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of sanctum-spaces.com and naples.sanctum-spaces.com (the “Site”) and the phone calls, text messages and emails you exchange with Fortress Siding LLC, doing business as Sanctum Spaces (“Sanctum Spaces,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the Site, submitting a form, booking a consult or opting in to our messages, you agree to these Terms.
Any design or construction work we perform is governed by a separate written contract signed by you and Sanctum Spaces. If that contract conflicts with these Terms, the contract controls.
Using the Site
The Site is provided for general information about our services. Descriptions, photos and examples are illustrative. Nothing on the Site is an offer, quote or guarantee of price, schedule or result. Pricing and scope are set only in a written quote or contract.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by interfering with its operation, attempting to access it without authorization, or submitting false or unlawful information.
The Site’s text, photos, logos and design belong to Sanctum Spaces or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
Consent to be contacted
When you submit a form, book a consult or otherwise give us your contact information, you agree that Sanctum Spaces may contact you by phone and email about your inquiry, consultation and project. Text messages are sent only with the separate consent described below.
You confirm that the contact information you provide is your own, or that you are authorized to use it, and that it is accurate. If your phone number changes, please let us know or reply STOP from the old number.
Text messaging program
Program. Sanctum Spaces offers two text messaging programs, each with its own opt-in on our forms:
- Customer care messages: non-marketing messages about consultations, proposals, appointments, project updates and other communications related to your inquiry or project.
- Marketing messages: special offers, discounts, new product updates, promotions and news from Sanctum Spaces.
Consent. By checking the matching box on our form, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Sanctum Spaces at the mobile number you provided, for the program you selected. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, appointments and project activity.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Opting out. You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL or OPTOUT. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts from that program unless you opt in again. To rejoin, reply START.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.
Privacy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time using the link in the email. We may still send you non-marketing emails about an active consultation or project.
Third-party services
Our forms and scheduling tools are provided by third-party services. Your use of those tools may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for services we do not control.
Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Warranties for our work, if any, are stated only in your signed contract.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanctum Spaces will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our communications. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or these communications will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This section does not limit any rights you have under a signed contract with us or under law that cannot be waived.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sanctum Spaces from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site or our messaging programs means you accept them.
